Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping as it is most commonly called is a powerful healing tool that helps to release negative emotions, patterns and stuck energy so that you can heal and release trauma and abuse that you have experienced, relieve stress, and also access your true potential and manifest desired realities.
Clinical EFT contains inherent procedural elements that are designed to minimize the danger of re-traumatization by approaching the traumatic memory in graduated steps and reducing arousal at each step, making EFT unusually gentle and safe.
EFT tapping has no known side effects or risks. Also, while EFT might cause increased emotions (known as abreactions), they are considered positive signals that the treatment is functioning.
EFT tapping therapy has been demonstrated to improve the symptoms of several mental health disorders, including anxiety and depression. EFT tapping for anxiety is an effective way to reduce anxiety symptoms such as excessive worry, irritability, sleeping difficulties and difficulty concentrating.
